Delivery in context.
Estate-based outreach
Working with a housing provider, we ran twelve weeks of on-site coffee mornings on an estate with high recorded isolation. 34 residents engaged; 11 progressed onto the Connection Pathway.
Return to work cohort
Delivered with a regional employer, a cohort for women out of work for 2+ years. 9 of 14 moved into employment or training within six months.
Family Day partnership
A council-funded Family Day reached 480 family members in one afternoon, with 62 new women joining the community that week.
