With Women exists because connection changes lives.
We are not a coaching business. We are a community platform built on the belief that when women are connected, supported and seen, whole communities get stronger.
Our founder
Kelly — Founder
With Women began with a question Kelly kept hearing from women around her: “where do I actually go to meet people?” What started as one coffee morning became a community, then a programme, then an organisation.
Kelly's role today is to build the structure around the community — trained facilitators, volunteers, safeguarding, partnerships and funding — so that With Women is bigger than any one person and lasts far longer.

How With Women grew.
- 2021
One coffee morning
A small group of women met in a community hall to talk honestly about isolation. Nobody left early.
- 2022
A community forms
The free online community grew past a thousand women, with monthly meet-ups across the area.
- 2023
The Connection Pathway™
Our structured twelve week programme launched, with wellbeing outcomes measured from day one.
- 2024
Family Day
Our first Family Day brought hundreds of women, children and families together in one park.
- 2025
Partnerships & funding
Local authority, grant and corporate partnerships enabled delivery in the areas that needed it most.

Building the next chapter
Expanding volunteering, mentoring and employment pathways with partners across the region.

Delivery is led by a small core team, supported by trained volunteers who host meet-ups, welcome newcomers and mentor women through the pathway. Our trustee board will be published here as governance is formalised.
